  One girl at the front trying to serve 15 people, service time is terrible, no where to wait but near the door where every one comes in, becomes too crowded, food is over priced for chicken not to mention there small as tenderloins which is soo expensive, took over 20mins for food to come..the food is nice though :)

  Food is good staff are friendly even has high chairs for kids... The food was out within 5 mins. The only real complaint there were 4 empty tables with people's dirty plates on for the whole time we were there (30 mins ish). Overall was a nice place n would recommend to anyone.

  Don't phone order!! Nice enough staff and okay food but 25 min wait and we phone ordered!!!!! Everything to learn about service process. You're kidding, it's peak time on a Friday night and the owner is alone taking orders and multitasking with the kitchen!!! 15 mins in the queue while some people just gave up and left. Got to the register and they proceeded to start cooking our chips! Okay you don't want to leave people's phone orders go cold waiting there on the bench for me to get to the counter... the poor service process and stinginess on staff is making a mess of what should otherwise be a great business. Also the phone is located in a noisy part of the restaurant where you could hardly hear my wife trying to order

  Wait time of over an hour when not particularly busy. Worst nandos around. Go to Ringwood instead.
